It was time to enter the world of today and leave behind my Old Faithful wheels of 16+ years. Jimmy Fuska of Mazda of Manchester made the experience a totally joyful journey. I cannot think of anything more Jimmy could have done to fulfill my wishes. Had my new Mazda3 i Touring Hatchback on the road within 3 days! Jimmy guided me all the way and was never a "pushy" saleman! I am truly delighted with my purchase and look forward to being serviced at Mazda of Manchester! I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that my recent service experience with Mazda of Manchester staff was absolutely wonderful, especially in this age of poor to dreadful customer service.
Every person I encountered this past Saturday and following Monday were courteous and helpful. David Cochefski, the service manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was especially informative and considerate and made my first appointment with Mazda of Manchester pleasant as possible.
After this past experience, I am glad I bought a Mazda - My compliments to all of your staff.
